You can manage your booking through your online account. Simply log into your account using your email or mobile number, go to “My Tickets”, select the booking you want to modify, and choose “Edit Booking”.

From there you can:
Reschedule your visit
Add or remove products (depending on availability)
Any price differences will be shown during checkout.
You can find directions and all the available parking options on our Getting Here page. The Point Square car park is the main car park for the venue.
Dream Point is on the first floor of Point Square Shopping Centre in Dublin's Docklands (E Wall Rd, North Wall, D01 EOK6). Once you're inside Point Square, head up to the first floor and follow the signs for Theatre of Light / Dream Point — and our team is on hand at the entrance if you need a pointer. If you're driving, the Point Square car park is in the same building.
Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. No food or drink allowed within the Exhibition Space.
DreamPoint is Ireland’s premier immersive experience designed for families. It offers a stunning collection of interactive dreamscapes, an exciting ball pit, and various fun-filled activities, all designed to inspire creativity and provide memorable moments for all ages.
The DreamPoint Experience lasts around 40-80 minutes. However, since it's a one-way system, you're free to spend as much time as you'd like in each room before moving on to the next. Take your time and enjoy each space to the fullest!
We understand that every visitor experiences environments differently. Dream Point includes flashing lights and moving artwork and video, so if anyone in your group has sensory processing needs we'd encourage you to keep this in mind when planning your visit. Yes! DreamPoint is designed to be a family-friendly experience with fun and engaging activities for children of all ages, including Ireland’s largest ball pit and interactive dreamscapes.
Yes — Toddler Mornings are our quieter, toddler-friendly sessions, perfect for little ones to explore at their own pace. They include full access to the soft play, a calmer environment for younger children, and a free coffee for the grown-ups so parents can relax while the toddlers play. Check our booking page for the next available Toddler Morning session.
Outside food and drinks aren't permitted inside DreamPoint, but you won't go hungry — the Dream Café serves a family-friendly menu with something for everyone, plus barista coffee and refreshments. It's right by the soft play, so parents can relax with a coffee while the little ones play.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes, as you'll be moving around and exploring various interactive spaces.
Yes, DreamPoint is located in Dublin’s Docklands at Point Square, and there are various parking facilities nearby. We recommend checking availability ahead of time, especially on busy days. See our booking page for discounted parking. The Point Square car park is the main car park for Point Square. For the DreamPoint Experience, you pay €4.20 for the first hour, with the second hour free, and €4.20 per hour thereafter.
Tickets can be purchased on-site only if they are available, but availability may be limited, especially during busy times. We recommend buying your tickets in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
Because each session has limited capacity, tickets are generally non-refundable and we're not able to change a booking once it's made. We'd recommend double-checking your date and time before you check out — and if something unexpected comes up, please contact our team at hi@theatreoflight.ie and we'll always do our best to help where we can.

Unfortunately, we are unable to reissue tickets once your scheduled time slot has passed. Please ensure to arrive at your designated time.
